Chriss Heyd started Koa Entertainment's predecessor, Territorial Talent out of her love for Hawaiian music and dance. Her earliest venues were shopping mall entertainment stages, working with the mall marketing directors on events and promotions. When she began working in Waikiki venues she "started at the top," bringing Hawaii's top entertainers to the "First Lady of Waikiki," the beautiful Sheraton Moana Surfrider. Since then she has worked closely with the hotel management team at the Sheraton Waikiki on their Poolside and Sand Bar entertainment as well as the Royal Hawaiian Hotel's world famous beach front Mai Tai Bar.

These hotels, along with the Ala Moana Hotel, Duke's Canoe Club, The Cheesecake Factory, Sam Choy's and JTB Weddings are Koa Entertainment's top clients.

Chriss teamed up with her longtime friend and business associate Jan Brenner, President of Star Theme Partys, Inc. in 2004, to maximize customer services for their clients, to provide expanded services for the association and incentive market and to create even more successful long-term engagements for their roster of entertainers.

The partnership is working as we stretch ourselves to create excellent entertainment packages for all types of concerts, incentive groups and associations, night club venues and community events.
